Sheila is a Professor at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, teaching Law and Public Policy. She has published several books and is a regular columnist and contributor to several publications. Sheila's site has been through a vast number of changes. First set up over 10 years ago, it was originally a mostly static site which was then moved to an early version of the Joomla publishing system to allow Sheila to upload and update her columns on a regular basis. Wanting to make the site a bit more dynamic and timely, we recently migrated to Wordpress and are now displaying all articles in blog style so that there is a greater sense of chronology and immediacy to the content. In addition, we have integrated RSS feeds from other sites where Sheila publishes, that get pulled directly into the flow of content.
