Defined and implemented technology strategy across multiple publications in Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Nashville and Minneapolis (total readership: 3.2 million). Held major role in creating overall business strategies, developed annual budgets and oversaw capital expenditures. Hired, promoted, developed and managed technology team of nine. Designed, developed, and managed rollout of customer relationship manager (CRM), helpdesk, reporting and content management systems across Village Voice Media. Completely redesigned and reengineered content management and websites for the LA and OC Weeklies, launched in January 2006.
