Managed all computer systems, including hardware, software and communications at the LA and OC Weeklies. Managed development and IT staff. Implemented major IT projects that included upgrades to Networks, OSes, sales systems, InCopy/ InDesign migration, and helpdesk. Major development projects completed: CRM, sales automation, production automation, web-based sales reporting, and workflow/content management system.
